Most remote control software programs allow the support person to initiate the remote session to the user.  The problem with this is that almost all firewalls will block this kind of attempt.  To solve this they have to preinstall software on the userís PC.  This is not so with RDS Client.  RDS Client is initiated by the user by clicking on a link on your website.  Itís that easy!  By having control to initiate and terminate the connection at will, your customer feels more secure, as well.

Security
Most people donít care for having remote control software installed on their computers.  They are rightfully concerned about spying or theft of sensitive information.  With RDS Client all remote control connections are initiated by the user.  Your customer will always know when youíre on their computer because they must be at their computer to initiate the contact themselves and they can watch everything you do.  In this way, your customer doesn't have to worry about somebody sneaking into their computer uninvited.  Plus, your customer may disconnect the remote control session at anytime they might like.  Once the connection is terminated RDS Client cleans up after itself!  RDS Client removes all of it's software from the customer's computer automatically.  Now thatís peace of mind.
